Our university stress strongly on the development of the foreign languages teaching and advanced technological subjects and employs more than 20 long-term experts each year, with the following teaching languages: English, Japanese, Germany, Korean and French, forming our own special teaching style of foreign languages teaching. At the meantime these experts are also responsible for some teaching and scientific research work.
National Projects:
There are more than 10 scholars and high-ranking administrators sent officially to go abroad for advanced studies by the means of winning the prizes of national overseas study foundation or self-raised fund every year. After these people come back to Qingdao University, they play important roles in the promotion and development of the University’s teaching, scientific research and administration. Besides these programs, we also sent our teachers to go abroad to teach Chinese language and culture officially and hope to by this way to attract more foreign students to come to study at our university and promote the level of Chinese language teaching and scientific research.
Intercollegiate Exchange:
By this kind of exchange there are more than 40 people to go abroad for studying, working, doing scientific research and practising, including students, teachers, administrators and researchers. Depending on this kind of international visiting and exchanging, the University widens the channels for international exchanges, strengthens the relationships of cooperation and sets up high-ranking academic and scientific research relationships with foreign universities.
Other Channels:
Through the cooperation with many foreign governments, enterprises and business organizations, the University also sets up some proje
cts of sending some good students to go abroad for studying and practising.
